This week's guest is Nancy Gotter Gates from High Point North Carolina. A prolific writer of mysteries and short stories. We'll be talking with her today about her new book, "Sand Castles", which will be available later this month at the Library.

This weeks guest is P.M. Terrell (Trish Terrell). We've had her on the show before talking about her books in the Suspense-Thriller genre. She has also written some books on computers. She has recently written a new historical novel titled, "River Passage". The book is set in 1779 based on the journal of Colonel John Donaldson. It's about several families that made a westward push by flatboat down the Tennessee river. It was supposed to take 4 weeks and wound up taking 4 month.

Our guest this week is Ryan Jakubsen, age 9 who was on the show last February to talk about the book he had written called, "Portals" Now he has written the sequel aptly called, "Portals II" Please join us as we talk to this extraordinary young man. He is with his grandmother today, Dixie Land who is co-owner of Alabaster Books which has published her books as well as Ryans.

Norm Reynolds President and CEO of the Virginia Uranium Inc was trained as a geologist and prospected for quite awhile in Northern Canada. In 1977 and 1978, put together a program to look for uranium in the eastern united states which culminated in the discovery of the Coles Hill Deposit, classified as one of the 7 largest deposits in the World. Patrick Wales, a native of Danville, VA went to Raddford University and recieved an Undergraduate Degree of Geology and continued his education to get Masters degree from the University of Mississippi. Patrick is very thankful to come back and to work on one of the greatest geological projects in his own back yard.
