Gathering in downtown Portland Oregon a protest one day after Barack Obamas announcement that he will be putting thousands more troop into the War. The misery continues, but what is it all for and wasn't he elected for change. No change here as he is continuing the policies of the Bush war mongers. Funny but no matter who you vote for...the Government always gets in. The cool aid is wearing off, we dont believe him anymore... particulary since he has caved in on so many things, particularly Health Care. Many groups are represented here at this meeting and more to follow. There will be more protests guaranteed and more violation of the public trust.
