So far this method works, but it takes too long. How do I take what I want, in the video, a picture, and use it as the visual when you see the video first still? THIS VIDEO TOOK SO LONG TO "LOAD" AND TOOK SO LONG TO "FINALIZE" AND THE VIDEO FRAME I WANTED TO USE I COULDN'T "CHOOSE" IT!!!
