The Bethany and Rufus Roots Quartet not only released their new CD “Live À Fip” on October 22nd, but they performed tracks from it that same day at Le Trois Mailletz in Paris France (a local “cave” where Nina Simone used to play to rehearse for big show). The quartet released two videos from that performance, the first being “Oh, Death” a high energy number where Bethany Yarrow’s strong and passionate voice was accented and matched by Yacouba Moumouni’s vocals which mixed, intensified, and finally climaxed in a most satisfying manner. Texas Musician Breaux has been successful with getting good views for his music all across the net. FIONA certainly isn't 'the best song' from his album but it is certainly the one that stands out as marketable for Album oriented Rock Radio as is the very well done "Crazy hair" and others. "Nobody said it would be easy" is the opening track and it definitely sets a pace and great mood for a Great Rock album.
