Public schools are 'cracking down' on their culprits (especially their 6-year-old attendees) when they mistakenly bring their Swiss Army knives to school as well as the absent-minded 14-year-old facing expulsion who has a butter knife in their locker. School shootings however, almost always go unmentioned.
