www.american-in-france.com Every July, Aix les Bains, Chambery's sister city on Lac Bourget, holds a huge concert with well-known French and international bands, called MusiLac. The concert goes on for four days and costs about $50-$60 per day. This year my Frenchman and I decided to attend since one of the groups that day was the Pretenders. I took my camera and video camera with me to the concert but they confiscated my video camera at the door. So the little video I got was on my small camera which they didn't find. I had to sneak the camera out during portions of the concert. So that you can get a better idea of the music and venue, I've included a second video created by the event producers themselves. The 'hang it all out in the wind with everyone watching' urinals were especially humorous and surprising to me!
