Dwight Foster of Ultra One is on a mission to preserve Miss Belvedere, a 1957 Plymouth Belvedere that was buried in a time capsule for Tulsa, Oklahoma's 50 anniversary in 1957. When the capsule was opened last year, instead of a shiny '57 Belvedere, they found a car covered with rust because the concrete vault had leaked. The grant program is contributing $50,000 to double the size of the American Hiking Society's National Trails Fund, which provides annual monies for organizations across the United States to preserve trails. With support from Nature Valley, the 2009 National Trails Fund will award 10 non-profit organizations $5,000 to restore designated trails in their local communities. Interested parties can apply for a grant by visiting www.wheresyours.com or www.americanhiking.org. Applications are due Aug. 15, 2008; selected entries will be posted online for general public voting. For four consecutive years, Nature Valley's Save the Trails program has also provided funding for Student Conservation Association trail preservation efforts. Nature Valley committed an additional $350,000 this year for a total of $400,000 dedicated towards trail restoration. The contribution will enable more than 60 students to make the environment a priority by committing their summer vacations to repair trails in Grand Canyon, Yellowstone and Yosemite National Parks. We are PADS!

This 3D animation contains interior rooms for Savannah Preserve - a community in Sarasota Florida.

A series of clips from the new 2 mile hiking trail off of Flintridge Drive in The Woodlands, TX. We used a Canon Powershot TX1 to shoot the video. The trail leads you through some great natural scenery of the land similar to the rest of The Woodlands before it was developed. The wetlands and Bedias lake are highlights of the trip. I've read that they plan to expand to 6-8 miles of trails in the Preserve area. The trail is for hiking, walking, running, and mountain bikes. Talon Trails is designing the course with a lot of manual labor being contributed by The Woodlands Cycling Club. The trail opened in February, 2008.
