Mankind Project (MKP) claims to be “sextraordinary” in their sweat lodge precautions. On Wednesday, MKP Executive Director Carl Greisser announced from a public website that he refuses to stop sweat lodges at their New Warrior Training Adventures (NWTA). Haven’t we had enough white men doing Native American rituals for MONEY?! Greisser will continue to subject initiates, in an altered state of having nothing to eat but granola for the entire weekend, to attend a “hot box” – a sweat lodge at their NWTA - similar to the one that killed 2 people and injured 19 at a James Arthur Ray retreat in Sedona, Arizona. I’m guessing as much precaution as MKP took in putting out this “sextraordinary” announcement will occur at their heat intensive sweat lodges. (MKP will have fixed the “sextraordinary” wording probably before you get to see it, but I’ve made a video copy of it for legal purposes.)
