Just minutes after 8 pm Montgomery County units responded to a major accident at SH105 and Douget. Units arrived to find a blazer had been struck by a Chevrolet pickup head on in the center turn lane. In addition to that when the Blazer was struck it in turn hit to other Dodge trucks. The female driver of the Blazer was transported to Herman Woodlands hospital. Her three occupants were also transported to area hospitals. The driver of the pickup was westbound on 105 according to DPS driving in and out of traffic. He drove down the center turn lane where the Blazer was waiting to turn into the grocery store parking lot. The driver was transported to Herman Hospital in Houston in critical condition by PHI Air Medical Med 1. The occupants of the other vehicles suffered minor injuries and did not require transport to the hospital. Highway 105 was closed for over two hours as the investigation continued. DPS was assisted by three Montgomery County Sheriff's units. DPS is looking at the possibility alcohol was a factor in accident. The resulting crash also destroyed a highway memorial marker from a fatal accident on October 18, 2007.

Maya Bay Koh phi phi Phi Phi Lee (ou Ko Phi Phi Lee, Ko signifiant « île » en Thaï) fait partie de l'archipel des îles Phi Phi dans la mer d'Andaman.Elle dépend de la Thaïlande et plus précisément de la Province de Krabi. Elle est, après Phi Phi Don, la plus grande île de l'archipel. L'île est totalement inhabitée mais mondialement connue. La baie paradisiaque de Mahya a servi de décor pour de nombreuses scènes du film La Plage avec Leonardo DiCaprio.
