(November 13, 2009 - Insidermedicine) From Atlanta - According to new statistics released by the CDC, 22 million Americans have been infected with the H1N1 flu in the last six months. Researchers studied 160 pregnant women between 25 and 35 years old, half of whom took part in a supervised exercise regimen. Results showed that exercise in the second and third trimester had no negative effect on fetal health, but rather, made it less likely for the mother to have a heavier child.
