If you've been to Los Angeles, and have traveled up the Pacific Coast Highway, you may have met Dan. He stands at an intersection holding a sign that asks for weed. In this episode we meet Dan, "Bud Man." Not only do you get introduced to Dan "Bud Man," you'll also get to see if his plan of asking for weed really works. After talking to "Bud Man" for just a few minutes, you'd find he is more than meets the eye. Does he live on the streets? How does he survive? Does anyone ever give him weed? Is this Legal?
