Suite a la mobilisation du proces de Lugos, Magalie, infirmiere en psychiatrie, a ete inculpee d'outrage et violence a agents apres s'etre interposee lors d'une interpellation musclee ou un enfant de 5 ans etait implique. Elle a fait 48h de garde a vue puis est passee en comparution immediate au TGI de Bx le mardi 15/7/08, 13h30. Jose Bove, entendu comme temoin de moralite, a fait valoir qu'en tant que militante des Faucheurs volontaires, elle avait anime des stages de resistance non-violente et qu'il considerait donc cette inculpation comme un essai de detourner en fait divers le sujet de fond de l'imposition des cultures OGM par les multinationales. D'autres temoins ont aussi souligne ses qualites de mediatrice et recuse les temoignages policiers.
