Film about the test done with 5 dB noise reducing tyres. If used by all cars the noise of a highway will reduce 70%. This new generation of tyres are just as safe. Jouke Mellema produced this film for Stichting Natuur en Mileu NL and is ment for use in the lobby at the European parliament.
