We take a look at this case between Churchill and Banks and the State of Rhode Island. Listen, give some feedback - and you be the Judge. We teach several courses of interest to the boating public. These courses are: Boating Skills and Seamanship (BS&S), About Boating Safely (ABS), GPS for Mariners (GPSFM), How to Read a Nautical Chart (HTRNC) and Basic Coastal Navigation (BCN). Both the BS&S and ABS courses are approved by the National Association of Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA). On a hunch on some information we learned in Pawtucket, RI at a very popular spot. Over crowded and over fished. They were catching Blue fish with a rumor of a 30 pound striper the night before. So we headed out. and we knew high tide was at noon. GAME ON! Distributed by Tubemogul.
