From : Jimmy CraicHead TV
QuickTime | Flash This footage is a little bit of goofing off before my brother Andrew Coffey and I went off to the first Podcast Media Expo in 2005 where he was hosting Podcast Awards. I had always wanted to visit Hollywood Forever an incredible cemetary featuring the likes of many Hollywood legends. I also wanted to pay tribute to Johnny Ramone and Dee Dee Ramone both of whom I d met and hung out with in 1983 when they passed thru Philly. I sold many of my baseball cards to Johnny, including a Steve Carlton rookie card (good condition). The experience of hanging with Johnny and Dee Dee was well worth the sacrifice. Joey seemed off limits, not as chatty as Johnny or Dee Dee. Ritchie was drumming at this time. Enjoy Videobloggingweek2008! Gabba Gabba Hey! Jimmy CraicHead Technorati Tags: videobloggingweek2008

We took a jaunting car ride through Killarney National Park, and the fine driver, whose name escapes us told of John McShane a builder who left for America and built the Pentagon with Philadelphia legend John Kelly Sr.. John Kelly Sr. was father to Grace Kelly and made his fortune in the brick business. According to our jaunty car driver, John McShane moved back to Killarney Ireland where he passed away in 1997 at the age of 92. He left his mansion and land to Killarney which now a folk museum and National Park. Happy St. Patrick s Day Jimmy CraicHead

 From : Jimmy CraicHead TV
QuickTime | Flash share by: vPIP Embed (copy ve been going every Mummers Parade since 1980 so I ve seen a lot of ups and downs with weather, postponements, and cancelations and this year was no different. My sole reason to go the Mummers Parade is to see the String Bands. Every year we have to put up with the nonsence of what are called the Fancies , and I ve been complaining every year to everyone around me to flush the Fancies and to bring on the String Bands. This year, the couple behind me even brought books to read during the Fancies; now what does that tell you. Lo and be hold, an article comes out the The Daily News from Stu Bykofsky basically suggesting how to improve the parade. My friends and I view from the stands at City Hall, and from my perspective, much of the delay is from every single comic and Fancy act getting tv time, and then a cut to a tv advertisement. And of course, there is always a rumor that Froggy Carr had a sit down somewhere on Broad Street. A 3 hour delay for weather now becomes 4 hours and the String Bands are playing close to 10pm. So yes, it s is time to dump the Fancies. And as for the Fancy Brigades? They died 11 years ago.

 From : Jimmy CraicHead TV
QuickTime | Flash The timing couldn t be any better than to have Captain Tony join me for the weekend to celabrate Talk Like A Pirate Day on September 19th. A cold front roared through the Chesapeake chilling the Bay with NW winds 20-25 plus with gusts up to 30. Captain Tony is a weathered old fart sailor, having done 2 trips down the ditch to Florida Keys. With 2 reefs in the main we set sail to Annapolis Maryland, sailing capitol of the US, home to our nations Naval Academy. The bay was empty but a few die hards and a surprise visit from Boat Pix , a photo helicopter units that shoots aerial shots of boats and regattas around the country. As far as shooting the video for this day, I must say that it was the most reckless conditions I ve ever encountered but did avoid falling in the drink . Enjoy and remember that tomorrow is promised to no one.

 From : Jimmy CraicHead TV
QuickTime | Flash It is a bit scary to watch video from 20 years ago and have forgotten most of it except for actually having done it. Flash Craicback to 1986 when I went to visit my cousin in Mons Belgium. The trip started off in London for a weekend, accompanied by my good friend Cynthia. Big memory was going to see the Dallas Cowboys play Chicago Bears at the old Wembley Stadium. Then it was off to Belgium via a ferry on the English Channel from Dover to Ostend Belgium. Sad to report, this ferry ride only serves freight now. It was a beautiful August day and I was lugging around old school 2 piece video equipment. I wasted a lot of battery power from train rides, then overcharged the battery the first week. No footage of the next 3 weeks in Amsterdam, Brussels, Gent, or Frankfurt. London 1986 to be continued. Enjoy! Live life to the fullest and remember, tomorrow is promised to no one! I ve started using h.264 so you ll need Quicktime 7.0, a free download.

 From : Jimmy CraicHead TV
It only happens on a Friday the 13th at the Grey Lodge, a Philadelphia microbeer pub featured as one of Esquire Mags Best American Bars. Every Friday the 13th, many of the best local breweries make a cast Firken beer for consumption. It s an all day event as they empty 2 dozen Firkins, about 10 gallons in each one. Thanks to Victory Beer, Troegs Beer, Flying Fish Beer, Triumph Beer and all the others drank! Enjoy! Live life to the fullest and remember, tomorrow is promised to no one! From : Jimmy CraicHead TV
This was a little bit more than I bargained for as Demanda and I strolled into historic Chesapeake City for Canal Day with camera equipment, dog and parrot in tow. The bird was mobbed by dozens of families with children, and the dog wanted to sniff every 10 feet. Apologies for the over exposed shots. Later that day we went to my boat In Like Flynn which is now moored on Swan Creek off the Chesapeake for a few days of sailing. For an R rated tour of Canal day head over to Canal Day Blog. Enjoy! From : Jimmy CraicHead TV
Just spoke with my good pal Frank Marr, master carpenter and guitarist for Bunnydrums and he tells me they ll be doing 4 shows this summer. July 5th they ll be playing Trocadero. With the exception of adding iMovie titles, I shot (with Rob Kessler) and edited this for Comcast Public Access using a Panasonic machine that was far superior to using 2 consumer VHS decks that yielded glitches galore. The event was a benefit for Lee Paris held at Houston Hall, Univercity of Pennsylvania. Stay tuned, more to 80s shite to come. Bunnydrums My Space upcoming dates include July 21 Mojo 13 Wilmington DE. August 3 World Cafe with Stan Ridgeway/Wall of Voodo September 8Lit LoungeNew York I ve started using h.264 so you ll need Quicktime 7.0, a free download. Click Here to View No Quicktime 7?
