The secret of a world class body is that you must be muscular , have symmetrical body , sculpted buttocks ,a well defined six pack but its incomplete without a ripped body which is not possible in overnight and is possible through weight training ,balanced nutrition , improving body composition , losing fat mass while retaining or increasing lean body mass and aerobics . Ripped forms about 13% of our body fat whereas 15% to 20% is healthy for the body. To get ripped fast eating habits are to be worked out correctly , and a diet plan is crucial that should have 2000-25000 calorie a day diet. If you don’t have a good ripped body it means you are either like a big guy at the gym who have no muscle but just look huge or a skinny guy whose muscles are popping out of the body and have no muscle mass support therefore before getting ripped you should determine whether you need to lean through a fat loss program or add muscle mass. For a skinny guy a workout of train less than 45 minutes should be there and should focus on compound movements as compared to isolated movements so that he gets stronger by 5% every week whereas a bulky guy can train from 1 to ½ hour for calorie expenditure . they can also incorporate more isolated movements but they should make sure that there is no muscle loss.
