Waste is an offical entry into the Milwaukee Student Spotlight Film Festival in the Public Servuce Announcement category. Waste combines experimental film aesthetics with a powerful message to deliver a poignant public service announcement. It highlights various ways people unwittingly waste water in their daily lives. Waste's overall message isn't a warning against excessive water consumption; rather, Waste argues that each person can do his part to help preserve the diminishing water supply. Cast: Mark Fleming
