Despite the guitar being oversized for his small hands, the Beatles fan was a huge hit with viewers all around the world. Paul McCartney, George Harrison, John Lennon and Ringo Starr. And then Youngwoong. Total five, said Hero when he was asked to name the Beatles members. Hero s parent said they did not help him to learn the songs and despite not being taught English nor music, he is able to sing all the songs without skipping a word or note. Two months later he was able to sing the entire first Beatles album 1 . Despite the small pronunciation difficulties, he now can sing almost every Beatles song and about 20 other old pop songs, his parent say, and he aspires to one day sing before large audiences. Hero s parent hope to see their child s potential as an artist expand with the help of a good teacher who will be able to develop his talents. I want my son to find a teacher who can open a decent path for his life and give him chances, says Hero s mother Seo Ji-na. Hero has made mainstream television appearances and was introduced as a pop-song and language prodigy. He is hoping to make history as the youngest Beatle and to transform his Youtube fame into something even better, performing his talent live to the world just like his favorite band, the Beatles.

"Heal the World" is a song featured on Michael Jackson's hit album, Dangerous, released in 1991. The music video features children living in countries suffering from unrest. It is also one of only a handful of Michael Jackson's videos not to feature the singer, the others being "Cry", "HIStory" and "Man in the Mirror." (The clips for "HIStory" and "Man in the Mirror" only feature Michael Jackson in archival footage). Jackson performed the song in the Super Bowl XXVII halftime show with a 35000 person flash card performance which say it become one of the most watched events in U.S history. In a 2001 internet chat with fans, Jackson said "Heal the World" is the song he is most proud to have created. He also created the Heal The World Foundation, a now-defunct charitable organization designed to improve the lives of children and teach them how to improve the world around them and would become a centre piece for the Dangerous world tour. In the documentary Living with Michael Jackson, Jackson said he created the song in his "giving tree" at the Neverland Ranch. This week I lost a good friend of mine in a senseless auto accident twenty miles north of Spokane, Washington. His name was Marc Sorger, He was 56. Marc was a real renaissance man of the music business; someone that did everything well. And a true Unsung Hero. He was one the best all-around musicians / studio cats I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. He was a vibrant and dynamic live performer as well as a gifted engineer and mixer. He was also one of the few golden ears I've ever known. I swear he could spot a problem that was plus or minus 2 db at 18k . . . over the telephone. As a performer (sax and vocals) he was so fun to watch. He lived and loved his music. His vocal range was stunning and he could do total justice to screaming rock and roll or a tender jazz ballad. He had the kind of voice that made most people feel like just giving up their singing when they heard him. For some reason, it just made me want to be better. I studied him for hours and it was an education beyond monetary value. He performed and wrote with The Dillards, The Righteous Brothers, Gino Vanelli, Michael McDonald, Dean and Carol Parks, Linda Ronstadt, Tom Wopat, Greg Topper, The Spirits Of Rhythm, Safe Sax and a host of others. He also helped to design and build several studios, including Walter Brecker's place over in Hawaii a few years ago. I had so many good times with Marc in the studio. We usually spent the whole session trying to recover from laughter. I remember one time we were working on some foley late at night and we were like two kids playing in their favorite sandbox together. It was pure joy and magic. That's the way it was always meant to be in the studio as far as I'm concerned. If you happen to have known him or worked with him, please drop me a line and let me know. I can't begin to fathom that we'll never work together again. I miss him so much it hurts. My condolences to Marc's whole family, his daughters (Rachell, Natalie and Sabrina), his friends and his long-time musical partners in the group Safe Sax, John Lowry and Tera Wolfe-Brasch.
