This video continues the series on Achieving and Maintaining Focus and specifically uses the Performance Review tool to achieve this. There are times when you come back from a training session and realise that you practised something that was not your greatest priority but you were distracted and just did something that was fun. If you are finding it difficult to focus on a particular area or are not sure where your focus should be then put a Performance Review tool into place and you will find a far better targeted result.
