Heads are bowed, tears are flowing and the grief returns on the seventh anniversary of 9.11.01. But like Waldo, we are still asking the question; where the hell is Osama bin Laden? No we dare not use this date to take cheap shots at the Bush administration, but again, its difficult to realize we are seven years down the road and the true person or persons that are directly responsible for the country’s worst attack is not only still at large but still thumbing their noses at us. We still have a big hole in the earth at ground zero and the memorial still has a projection of 2010 for completion. Due to bickering, mismanagement, incompetence and greed New Yorkers should feel nothing but shame by the way things have turned out. Instead of a prideful showing to the world how strong and resilient we are, we have only proven our departure from being the best country in on the globe.
