It does that by asking the user to enter a starting point and an ending point. It then displays a dialog box where the user can enter the height of the batt insulation or choose from a list of predefined heights. Once the user enters a height the batt insulation is drawn. The user is then asked if they would like the batt insulation just drawn to be mirrored and does so if the user selects Yes. Pline-BattInsulation is similar to other batt insulation drawing programs but it has some distinct enhancement over the others. First it helps by giving users predefined heights. This helps the users concentrate on the drawing screen and away having to use the keyboard. Second it draws the batt insulation as on continuous polyline. Other programs have drawn each segment of the batt insulation as separate polylines. By only having one object to erase instead of multiple objects the user saves time. Third the Pline-BattInsulation program assists the user by asking them if they would like the batt insulation mirrored. Many time users don't know which side of the two points entered as the starting point and ending point the program will draw the batt insulation. With the help of this program the user can quickly mirror the batt insulation if it isn't drawn on the desired side of the two points.
