Vette Doctors Warhawk LS7X C5 Corvette on Dynojet-1300RWHP-FOR SALE

This is my world record fastest IRS Corvette. We built a new World Products Warhawk LS7X motor with ETP 6 bolt LS7 heads for her this off season. This is our first dyno tuning session. On the first easy pass at 17lbs of boost and 16 degrees of timing, she made about 1000 RWHP. We were all extremely happy it made that much on the first run. We then looked at the Racepak data and I was absolutely shocked at how much that tells you about the engine and car in total! When we looked at the EGR's we could see that #7 and #3 were very hot and lean. We added more fuel and pulled it again. After we checked the Racepak again, we were surprised that it was still very hot. We added another 30% more fuel and ran it again with only a little change. We then pulled the injectors and #7 and #3 were fouled. I replaced the injectors with a spare set. We re-adjusted the fuel and re-pulled it and it cleared everything up! We pulled it a few more times, tweaking the program a bunch of different ways and after adding a few lbs of boost to about 18lbs the car made 1303RWHP!!! Still with only 17 degrees of timing and very rich! I can honestly say the Racepak paid for itself on Saturday! One could have easily thought 1000RWHP at 17lbs of boost was great and taken it to the track and turned up the boost. With 2 bad injectors, #7 cylinder could have easily went very lean and burnt the piston or worse! Also, without all that data (I think we have several dozen sensors running) we could never have pulled another 300RWHP out of her! This thing is a must for any serious car guy for the street or track! To say we were happy with the numbers would be an understatement! The car is designed to run on 28 to 30lbs of boost. We made several more adjustments and have several more to make at the track. the above numbers will be the only I share publically. Let's just say the total RWHP this car produces at full boost is my little secret! The Vette Doctors out did themselves again!! Dennis builds a killer motor and this Warhawk LS7X is just another example of his great work! Dennis took his time and really put a ton of attention into this engine. He really came up with a great piston and ring setup, cam spec and did a great job with the assembly of the bottom end. The setup of the new ignition system was a little tricky but Dennis did a great job of getting it all to work. The Vette Doctors really build the best LS based Corvette Motors!! Thanks to Joey for first all his great work on the car both mechanical and all the wiring! Also, thanks to Joe for spending all day Saturday with us! As well as speeding around Long Island all day tracking down stuff with me. I also need to thank Job from Turbo People! Once again he really is the best and put a great tune on it! Nicky at American Racing Headers also did a great job with the new plumbing. Boy has that company grown and you have to see the wild rides they have in their shop! As always thanks to Carmen for all his help in pulling it all together! Car is now for sale.
