My brother and I were flying our radio controlled airplanes in an open area in Yorkville like we always do but we were shocked when we watched the video afterward and saw something we can’t explain. I don’t believe in UFOs but I can’t explain this. We were using a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 connected to a laptop. This camera has an auto-focus feature and you can actually see the camera have trouble focusing a couple of times. You can see the object in the sky go in and out of focus with the rest of the scene as the lens tries to adjust. At first we thought it was an airplane reflecting in the sun because you can hear an airplane engine in the background but not after seeing how this object is moving! We didn’t see a thing at the time because we were so distracted with flying our model airplanes. We filed a police report with the Yorkville police immediately afterward and will be filing an official report with APRO (Aerial Phenomena Research Organization) and CUFOS (J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies), both in Illinois.
