Yesterday morning, I decided to do my first lipdub. So I did it on the border between France and Switzerland. a kind of a tribute to vimeo and the CV's staff. The first video in the bathroom trilogy was shot about a week after I got off crutches...this is very raw compared to some of my other vids, with long shots and missed lyrics. I have been tempted to clean it up, but hey, we all start somewhere...The Vimeo team version of this song has no equal in my world..lol Cast: chip weller

Second vid in bathroom trilogy. First attempt at eyeliner, sheesh...I did this long before the song was widely popular and just recently saw the actual video for it. Wish I could afford all those cameos...lol Cast: chip weller

This video was a lot of fun to do...I was surprised the police weren't called. I was on the roof for a better part of an hour changing clothes and trying to dance around...after the trial run with split screen action,I used it fairly well in this vid. Power director wasn't quite made for that, but I adjusted by keeping an actual seam in the middle of the frames...lol I worked with picture in picture for the first time. The only thing my friends and I love more than karaoke... is taping ourselves singing karaoke. And we're pretty hardcore about the whole process: costumes, props, interpretive dance. It should also be noted that we do so entirely sober... with nothing more than our own crazed imaginations driving our improvised performances. On the way home from our latest event, I wondered what would happen if I took one of the videos and laid down the original recording over top of it -- lip dub style. Well, this is the end result. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed filmingperforming it! Cast: KidKulit

Watching You Lipdub from Parker Gohrick on Vimeo. I got bored and decided to do a lipdub I did it with my macbook pro's photobooth to make it fun and hopefully somewhat interesting...
