The taxpayers were finally allowed to see what their $91 million paid for the new main public library. On October 29, 2009 the new building and the old building were opened to the public. The auditorium in the second basement was the site of a controlled access audience to listen to the politicians and the City Manager tell what their roles were in getting the new library building. This is part two of two.
