As LEGO celebrates its 50th anniversary, LEGOLAND California launches Land of Adventure – an entirely new area based on the popular Adventurers product line – just in time for Spring Break! Transporting guests into 1920s Egypt, Land of Adventure introduces Park guests to four new attractions, including Lost Kingdom Adventure, the Park’s first-ever dark (indoor) ride. Based in ancient temple ruins, Lost Kingdom Adventure takes explorers in desert jeeps, armed with laser blasters, on an interactive journey to recover stolen treasure. Adjacent to the hidden ruins, a different adventure awaits with rides Cargo Ace and Beetle Bounce. Cargo Ace helps imaginations soar as children become pilots boarding one of eight airplanes and flying up to six feet into the air. Beetle Bounce boosts children to even bigger heights – nearly 15 feet – as they are launched up one of two towers.
