Here is a rough translation of the dialogue between Nancy Ajram and Neshan. This is the last section of a long interview that Nancy Ajram had on New TV in Lebanon. The host of the program is an Armenian by the name of Neshan Der Haroutounian. His arabic is perfect. During the interview Nancy sang several songs and talked about all sorts of issues. At the end Neshan is telling her that she did not sing anything for him specifically. Nancy says all the songs were for him. Neshan requests something special. Nancy thinks for a second, and remembers a song that she had learned when she was a child, and mentions that many things that one learns during childhood can still be remembered. So she says she will sing Fattoum fattoume or Karoun karoune in Armenian. Neshan asks seriously? Nancy says correct me if I make mistakes.
