Zeman is planning on revitalizing and redeveloping Lan Kwai Fong in addition to expanding operations into the mainland. Zeman hopes to open Lan Kwai Fong Chengdu early next year. Guangzhou was also spoken about as a possible location for a mainland Lan Kwai Fong, with the high-speed rail link making the area an ideal candidate.
