Hollywood 411 talks to the stars of two promising fall dramas, THE PRIVATE LIVES OF PIPPA LEE, starring Robin Wright Penn and Alan Arkin, and, the powerful war drama THE MESSENGER, with Woody Harrelson.

Carl Rinsch is a name perhaps best known to those in the advertisement world, but the commercial director has been poised to break into the feature film world for some time now. His name had been attached to direct Fox's reboot/prequel to Ridley Scott's Alien, until it became apparent that Scott wanted to direct as well as produce. All is not lost, however, as now Rinsch has been tapped to turn Keanu Reeves into a Samurai in 47 Ronin. Illeana fears she will never win 'Co-worker of the Year' when Gotcha Nation gets a hold of the 'very private video' she made with Tom Arnold.

In search of ratings (and votes for Co-Worker of the Year), Justine ambushes Illeana with a live 'celebrity shoplifting intervention' on 'Forty and Bitter' and admits she too has taken everything from Jennifer Tilly's suit to pieces of the 'Family Ties' set.

Illeana gets pinched by Lance and her slimy ex-agent, Ben (Greg Proops) when she forgets to pay for snacks during Justine's live 'Forty and Bitter' talk show interview with gossip columnist Spazzy Sheraton, who immediately names Illeana IKEA's 'celebrity shoplifter.'

SNL alum Tim Meadows stops by to interview for a job at IKEA, while Illeana creates a team building event for her fellow IKEAns in an effort to outshine Justines Forty and Bitter talk show and win Co-Worker of the Year. She and her co-workers quickly discover team building feels a lot like speed dating and thats just awkward. Watch for the first appearance of Sparhusen!
