White had been arrested just a day earlier -- accused of killing county police Corportal Richard Findley. Findley was hit and dragged on Friday by a pickup truck that was reported stolen. Now the F-B-I and the Maryland State Police are investigating the 19-year old inmate's death.SOT: We 're, as I indicated, angry, we're upset and these acts do not reflect the value of the people of Prince George's County. The killing of the officer is just absolutely a horror. But also, Mister White was presumed to be innocent. White had been labeled as a high-profile offender. He was being held alone in a maximum-security cell. Guards checked on White at 10:15 Sunday morning. At that time he appeared alert, sitting on his bunk. 15 minutes later, guards returned ...
