This so-called Web Emmy was awarded for the second time. Last year It s Jerry Time! was also nominated; this year Jerry beat out some heavy and far out commercial competitors. Mind you: The Emmy goes to a VLOG for the first time Tears in our eyes, we laugh we love praise Jerry Zucker, the writer and composer and main character. And Orrin of course, for being a beloved brother, director, producer and a true and fine animation artist.
