Also not forgetting that you can get an exclusive viewing of some of her artwork, because did you know that the colourful Miss Main was a painter before she was a DJ? The team even manages to squeeze in a spot of lunch and sangria, and a session at Sands beach bar, before Sarah ends her day in the DJ booth at Pacha. This winter sees Sarah head back down under, to Australia, where she continues her touring schedule with a string of gigs across her home country.

In this clip, Jos speaks intimately about his vast music collection and opening a record store, as well as selecting the perfect sunset track, navigating the twilight, and getting his mojo back. Jos first started DJing in the 1970s. He rose to greater international prominence alongside his hugely popular Caf del Mar series of mix CDs in the 90s, and remains ingrained in Ibiza s musical heritage right to this day.
