Organized Crime of San Jose California Santa Clara County. I am a mother originally from Japan. Everyday I live my life in Pain. Pain of knowing my child is suffering. Pain of knowing she lives with an incest child molester. Pain of seeing the mimics of my child going through rape. Pain and suffering for being treated as a common criminal when I have not done anything to anybody. A punishment for a criminal I have gone through for the last 8 months. I lived with pain and suffering everyday and night for the last eight months of my life unable to protect my defenseless child from the incest child molester. I went to see a doctor and I was told no medication or therapy can cure what I have. My condition is created by the humans of the Organized Crime putting me in this environment. I gave birth to a healthy child only to be destroyed by the Organized Crime of San Jose California Santa Clara County. My child has been living without my protection for the last eight months with the Incest Child Molester. Once my child started having symptoms and mimics and trauma and terror of taking of her clothes fighting with all her strength to keep her clothes on crying in traumas saying, No, No, No,.... Once my child started having symptoms, mimics and communicating with me verbally on the sexual assaults, the Cops were put onto me to frame me so no more evidence will become available to the Public. Oct 17 2007 total of 3 uniformed cops framed me at my residence and wrote up a fraudulent report and cooperated in turning my child over to the incest child molester. The Organized Crime is organized by the child molester's attorney David Yomtov together with Mark Stevenson from the District Attorney's office and The Head of the District Attorneys Office Dolores Carr. The Head of the District Attorneys office, Dolores Carr made up an illegal phony court order to assist Mark Stevenson, David Yomtov, and David Gazave to organize an International Fraudulent Abduction case. My child at the time only 13 months old and I were severely victimized violated, and abused. While I was away in Japan, all four of them organized the crime. I returned to the United States of America from visiting family members in Japan on Oct 22^nd^ 2006 and I was summoned by the illegal phony court order which the Head of the District Attorney's office Dolores made up. On Oct 23^rd^ 2006 Mark Stevenson from the District Attorney's office came to the house and took away my 13 months old baby stating he was doing his job. His Job following Dolores Carr's illegal phony court order she made to victimize my 13 months old baby and me. Mark Stevenson from the District Attorney's office took away the baby and I was not allowed to know where she was taken. The baby has never spent time away from me except one time for few hours. I was able to find an attorney in approx two weeks. My family members in Japan and I suffered and continue to suffering tremendously. I do not have the words to describe the pain I feel within me. A constant pain I feel every second, every minute for the suffering of my defenseless child who I cannot protect. People we do not know abused us, victimized us violated us, cooperated so the healthy child I gave birth can be sexually assaulted and raped. The Head of the District Attorneys office and some of her employees are engaging in criminal activities. They have protected the incest child molester and his attorney. They have engaged in the organized crime with the incest child molester's attorney and the child molester. I have been told by my second attorney, the Attorney General from Sacramento will not get involved to put a stop to this. Media please get involved. Please interview the alleged criminals and show the public the truth of this existing Organized Crime of San Jose CA Santa Clara County We need to stop the crime to prevent more innocent defenseless children victims, and All Victims...
