Production Live was spooking it up at the last Filmmakers Shindig this past October at Blue 22 in Quincy. In this interview we were joined by the Jenelle Pierce who sits down with PL Heather Campos to talk about attending her first Shindig.

The Shalom Hartman Institute is pleased to announce a new organizational structure built around three centers focusing on our core areas of advanced Judaic Studies research, educational initiatives in Israel, and North American leadership development. This new structure is designed to position Hartman Institute for growth and expansion in Israel and in North America, to better serve existing constituencies, whether they are rabbis, teachers, IDF officers or students, and to enhance efforts to reach out to additional individuals and organizations. The Institute's three new centers are the Kogod Research Center for Contemporary Jewish Thought, the Education Center for Israeli-Jewish Identity, and the Center for North American Leadership Initiatives. Each center comprises a number of departments and programs sharply focused on the participants and services they provide to thousands in Israel and North America.

Hi my name is Derek Crabbe. My screen name over at Bottalk is derekwc, hence the derekwc presents. I was mainly inspired by James Rolfe and his Monster Madness Cinemasscre Reviews (also the Godzilla ones are pretty fun too!). I wanted to focus mainly on comic books adapted into tv shows and films. Kind of short synopsis and review with some historical perspectives and tangents thrown in for fun. There is a vast amount of material to cover and I probably won't have access to all of it, but I thought I'd go ahead and give it a shot. I probably won't have a part up every day and they might not all be in order (but I'll try my best). Note: I'm trying to limit my focus to comic books, maybe I'll go back and do comic strips or manga some other day. Hope you enjoy!
