This is the first "Ask the Wise Grappler" Q&A Video from Paul Greenhill (a.k.a. The Wise Grappler) that he receives from grapplers with questions about grappling and mental mindset training that require more details than he can answer in his weekly e-newsletter.

This is an observation from Paul Greenhill (aka The Wise Grappler) after watching Super Bowl 43 and the life lesson he learned from it that can benefit every grappler (both on and off the mat).

An older grappler (OG) joins a local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) class that happens to be full of young punk grapplers that think his dream of becoming a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt is a joke and waste no time showing him how he doesn't belong on the team. So, after getting his azz kicked and run off the mat by the young punks, the OG realizes that he needs help and he finds help by finding "The 7 Survival Secrets for Older and Non-Traditional/Non-Competitive Grapplers. After learning about the benefits of developing the three training areas known as the "Training Triangle", the OG returns back to class to let those young punks know that he's nobody's grappling dummy!
