Does The Dark Knight live up to its hype or succumb to a nipple-filled fate worse than death? Join us as we discuss our most anticipated film of the year, but beware: Spoilers Abound! (Note: this episode suffered from the same problem that episode 71 did, although it seems to not get nearly as bad. Sorry in advance.)

In this episode Scott and Ben record in person! We re also joined by Geekin host Randy McKinney. News involved secret Warner/DC meetings, a possibly abstract Robocop, King Arthur trading in his sword for a gun, and much more. Trailers this week were for Watchmen, The Spirit, Terminator: Salvation, and the new Iron Man cartoon series. Finally we review Hellboy 2: The Golden Army. This episode was apparently having some sort of technical difficulties that couldn t be helped. There is a constant static buzz from about 5mins in until the end. It only gets really bad twice and luckily they are only in 30-60sec patches. If you can make your way through it, this was a really fun episode. Stay tuned for our Dark Knight review very soon!

In this episode our call for emails and iTunes reviews are answered! We struggle to name some of our favorite directors (it s hard when you re put on the spot!), discuss whether Zach Snyder was the best man to bring Watchmen to the big screen, and chat about the best in season finales this year. News this week has us rooting for Mark Millar s Superman, celebrating the discoverd footage of a silent film classic, revealing the possible villain (according to Gary Oldman ) for the third Batman film, and more. Trailers this week are for Mirrors, Quantum of Solace, Dr. Horrible s Sing-Along Blog, Bolt, The Day the Earth Stood Still, and Repo! The Genetic Opera. Finally, Scott plays movie review catch-up again this week with Get Smart, WALL-E, Wanted, and Hancock while Ben probably falls asleep. shazap.com I have been waiting and waiting and finally, ultimate venom is back. Bendis does a great job of filling us in on what happened on the night that venom was defeated and where he s been since then without bogging us down. The delivery was really good with at kind of Forrest Gump style story telling going on except the people listening to Eddy s stories don t get on a bus, they get eaten. We see Eddy s return and battle with spiderman and looks like he gets taken out by Silver Sable and her wolf pack, another cool recurring character, however the conversation on the park bench is taking place after that so there are still a lot of questions to be answered. I am really excited for the next issue to see how the fight ended, what will happen to venom and the fight that we all know is coming. This is a great issue and also a good one to jump in on. There is enough explanation to catch you up and it is the beginning of a new story arch that is looking to be amazing. Pick this one up it is definitely going on the must have list.
