Our friends at Ford Motor and the Fiestamovement ( who have provided us with a Ford Fiesta and funds to produce videos ) suggested we do a 2 minute take on our favorite TV show, and I'm a big fan of Chris Kimball, America's Test Kitchen, and Cook's Illustrated, so we had to do a parody of their Tasting Lab segment. Thanks to Ford Motor and the Fiestamovement underwriting the purchase of all the cheeses we tasted. Yum. Thanks to Charlie and Tony for the story idea.
