Warning: This Video contains images that are suitable for Mature Audiences only !!! I keep hearing how much of a 'disaster' it would be, if Coalition Forces hastily withdrew from Iraq... According to the Iraq Body Count website... there have been more than 82,000 violent civilian deaths in Iraq, since Coalition Forces invaded that country. May I suggest that instead of worrying about any 'impending' disaster... we worry about the one that we created ! More than 82,000 Iraqi men, women, children and babies are dead... with countless others 'injured'. If that isn't a 'disaster' in itself, then I don't know what is !!! If there was a way of guaranteeing that innocent Iraqi Civilians would not continue to be killed as the result of Coalition Forces remaining in Iraq... I could perhaps accept the need for the troops to remain there. No such 'guarantee' is possible however... and as such, the number of innocent victims is likely to continue to increase. 'Peace' cannot be forced upon the Iraqi People. It is something that they as one people must want... and it is something that they can achieve without the Coalition Forces being there. What is needed to achieve 'Peace' in Iraq, is for the Iraqi People to acknowledge that they are 'Iraqis' first and foremost... and for them to work together for what is best for the Iraqi People as a whole. In other words, instead of seeing themselves as Shiites... Sunnis... Kurds, etc... and allowing their differences to separate them... they instead look at the similarities... and work on those similarities to build a lasting peace. Until such time that the People of Iraq can see themselves as 'Iraqis' first and foremost... No amount of 'force' is going to bring 'Peace' to their country. The Iraqi People 'deserve' to live in Peace. If they cast their differences aside, and respect each others' right to believe as they choose to believe... Peace will be well within their reach ! "United we Stand... Divided we Fall !" One Iraq... One Iraqi People !!! Iraqis are a proud people, with a proud culture. With our help as an International Community, they can use that 'Pride' to build a lasting 'Peace'... and what is most important... t hey can do it without the need for further Violence ! Tolerance and Respect are the key to Peace on Earth, and the survival of mankind. By respecting the right of others to live in peace and dignity, we are ensuring our right to do the same. If however, we turn a blind eye to the 'injustice' that is happening in the world... we are inviting the injustice to happen to us ! In order to ensure our children's future, it is important for us an International Community, to work together toward ensuring that all people throughout the world are able to live their lives in peace and dignity. We achieve that through 'Education'... Not through 'Force' ! One People... One World... Living in Harmony ! Don't 'imagine' it... Make it happen !!!
