She'll likely face nearly 6 years in federal prison. The pair disappeared last October shortly after a school superintendent confronted Peterson about the relationship. He's back in Nebraska with his family, and his lawyers are trying to get him on a path to citizenship. Peterson is expected back in court in September. She's still facing *state* kidnapping and sexual assault charges. Local officials say they probably won't pursue those charges until after the federal sentencing.
