My apologies for this not being Geoff, but he is with our good buddy evanzan, talking wiring of Studio G! That s right, things are moving forward again. The a/c got replaced. The doors and breaker box got some shiny stuff put around it. Drywall is up and mudding is almost done! So our next step will be painting (hint hint to all of you who have volunteered, this is when we need you!) and then floor and moving it all in! And on top of that, Rowan just took her first steps! Of course we could care less about the camera when she did it (and she has not repeated it in the last 30 minutes) but we are just ecstatic! I know, I know oh now it s bad but I m excited! It s neat to see your child learn new things and I couldn t be happier right now. So the guys. Well, in this hour, they talked about Mickey s trip for his birthday. He went to 6 Flags (now known as The 1 Flag, over Georgia? ) which could only lead into a discussion on theme parks, amusement parks, rides, and food! And since we live in a high touristy area of theme parks, the discussion of how to dress when you are a tourist really hit home with me. I hated going to Paris and wearing my passport around my neck and under my shirt. I felt so touristy! So especially for those of you who do not live in a touristy area, please listen to some of the don ts of touristing! And at the end, there is a hint that maybe Mickey s relationship status has changed? Could it be TCTMWDBNI, S? Damn having to wait until next episode!

This week Rachel turned 10 months! She continues to amaze Derrick and I. This week she mastered standing up in her crib which totally freaked me out. She is becoming more confident each day and continues to try and pull herself up to the coffee table and couch. The hardwood floors make it tricky for her to stay on her feet. She also loves to walk around the house by holding onto our hands. Although she started doing this around 8 months she is getting much better at it and doesn't look like a sumo wrestler anymore. In fact, today she was so brave she took a few steps using her Leap Frog Walk a Long. It is a great tool and toy for her. She loves to play with all of the features, and as you will in the video, she loves music and her way of expressing her love of music is to DANCE! Our little "headbanger" is getting so big!
