Clint Cantwell and his team from Smoke In Da Eye BBQ used just five slices of bacon to make a Bacon Explosion, a new world record. They crumbled together two slices of Oscar Meyer bacon and 1/8 of a pound of Jimmy Dean sausage, and then wrapped it all inside a woven roll made from three bacon slices cut into tiny strips. The resulting Explosion was 4 1/2 inches long and 1/8 inch thick.The record was set on May, 19 2009 in Pennsylvania.
