One room in a very memorable Natural-Selection match between everlast and DoW in 2003. SYNOPSIS: Marines took over two hives and locked them down with turrets and phase gates for good measure. (an uncommon tactic in competitive matches, but it worked at the moment) They upgraded to heavy armor and weapons as they attempted to eliminate the last hive, but the aliens fought well. Then the unexpected happened. Four of the six alien team members gestated to Onos, the biggest and most expensive class in the game often considered a bullet sponge, while the other two remaining players went to gorge to heal them. I'm not sure how they managed to save that much resources, but it was a sight to see as they ripped through all three marine bases one after another very quickly despite the turrets and HA/HW marines. This, after being stuck with one hive, normally a death sentence. This match was sometime soon after the patch that disentangled alien types to the number of hives built. Song: "Revenge" by Spoon
