http://www.scmp.com/video/ Frank Wang, a post-graduate student at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, has always had an interest in helicopters. Last June, Frank's helicopter made the world's first unmanned flight around Mount Everest. The highly-sophisticated machine also carries a camera that can take both photos and video; live images are then sent back to a handheld unit. The helicopter has proven useful in Tibet, where local authorities wanted to track animal migration. It also proved invaluable in Sichuan, where authorities used the helicopter to take photos of the devastation following the May 12th earthquake. In this video, take a look at some of the footage the helicopter shot during its testing around Tibet and also around Mount Everest.
