HANSEN: If I could speak with leaders at the G8 meeting, I would tell them that the strategy of trying to identify a target for reducing CO2 emissions is doomed to failure. You need to look at the basic facts, the basic physics of the problem. The most important thing is for them to recognise the key role of coal, and unless we have a moratorium and phase-out of coal except where the CO2 is captured then we're not going to be able to solve the problem.

AC/DC - Rock 'n' Roll Singer Rock 'n' Roll Singer is a song by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. It is the second track of their Australian album T.N.T., released in December 1975, and was written by Angus Young, Malcolm Young, and Bon Scott. "Rock 'n' Roll Singer" is also the second track on the international version of High Voltage, released in May 1976. The song is written from the point of view of a person who knew from an early age that he wanted to be a successful rock 'n' roll singer. He continues to follow this dream as an adult, rejecting all offers of a so-called normal life. It is one of the few AC/DC songs to contain outright profanity (the second to last verse contains the line "and all the other shit that they teach the kids in school"). The same word would later be used in the song If You want Blood (You've Got It) from the Highway to Hell album. It has also been clarified that AC/DC recorded a version of the track with Dave Evans, who preceded Bon Scott, sung this song with different lyrics and was recorded at the same sessions as the "Rockin' In The Parlour" and "Can I Sit Next to You, Girl".
