Chasing the BNSF 6051 South In this video I caught it at a few highlight points of the Pueblo Sub BNSF 6051 South Loaded Unit Coal Leads: BNSF 6051(ES44AC) CEFX 1022(AC44CW) DPUs: BNSF 5704(C44-9W) BNSF 5778(ES44AC) Location 1 North Avondale This is were they switch from ex ATSF to ex MOPAC track Location 2 NA Junction There used to be an X over here were the MOPAC crossed the ATSF it is now a switch the MOPAC track heads towards Ordway the train returns to ex ATSF track now for the rest of the trip to La Junta Location 3 Fowler On ex ATSF track the BNSF 6051 south running track speed now close to 55mph passes through the middle of Fowler Colorado beside an old ATSF passenger depot. Train 2 BNSF 529 South Local PUE-PUE BNSF 529(B40-8W) She pulled her cuplers they were not damage the train split and they were having a hell of a time getting here back together. If you know what kind of horn this is please tell me. I know that this isn't the regualr horn because most General Electric ES44AC's don't have horns like this. I think possibly the horn was just fouled. After a foot of snow running a half of a kilometer made me tired. Sorry for the huffing of my voice. CSX Q416-19 heading west on the Hyattsville wye with a four engine consist and 135 cars. This train took over 10 minutes to pass. Lead by CSX ES44AC #863,with CW40-8 #7650, SD70MAC #4571 and CW44AC #211 with over 17,000HP this train is heading onto the westbound Capital Sub at a modest 9mph according to the track detector down the line. My first video with my new camcorder. Its all about the GE's in Newport News this evening as Regional #95 (CSXT P095-20) is turned in the wye for tomorrows's trip north. The entire process lasts twice as long as the video actually is beacuse, once off the main, the switches are all thrown by hand.
