I made this video at 7am local time here so yeah, I just woke up and unfortunately the video cut me off early. CONGRATULATIONS Charles and Alli!!! I'm so happy for you!!! Thailand is BEAUTIFUL! Stephanie and I are enjoying our honeymoon and yes it's raining on this little island we're on but it goes away in the afternoon. Hello again, long time no see. As you hopefully can tell, I have a new axe! Full model name is; Schecter Blackjack ATX Fr (Aged White). This came in the mail on the 7th Sept 2009. Purchased from http://www.drumcityguitarland.com if you havent checked them out, you should do so. No original this time, although I do have a few ideas brewing, however Ive been struck with writers block for a while now. Another thing you should have noticed is that my guitar tone has improved a vast amount. This is because I recently was given a POD X3 for passing my exams (for settings please PM me). So, the song is This is Absolution by Killswitch Engage from their 2006 album Daylight Dies I have their new album and may be doing a few covers from that album in the foreseeable future. I recorded it using REAPER and added on the BBE Sonic Maximizer VST plugin. I think it sounds WAY better than just using the X3 on its own. Again, I learnt most of it by ear, however there is a tutorial on how to play this song by the band (on YouTube) which I used for some of the parts which I thought were quite hard to place. His intention was to form a new band with fellow former Black Sabbath member drummer Vinny Appice.
