Following on from the episode The Cyberseas of Rhye The Doctor continues his search for Ulysses believing the answers to be inside a fort in Santa Domingo that is under siege, the Doctor along with the crew of the Reknown find one of the Doctors oldest and most deadliest foes waiting for him, along with their most sinister plan yet.
