When was the last time you found a pearl? Was if from an abalone? We went diving at Stornetta Ranch and came across some helmet shaped abalone. Our outdoor adventure was recorded and replayed using RFID technology. In this process, we used a Nokia 6131 NFC phone to read and send a message from a tagged abalone iron to an Apple iPhone. A video about the rare abalone pearl from Northern California was displayed on the screen.
