With over forty heritage buildings, the Distillery District boasts the largest collection of Victorian-era industrial architecture in North America. It is interesting to note that the Distillery District is the largest Hollywood set outside of Hollywood. Rum brings in more money that Sugar industry, that the Sugar cane supplies for distilling. Rum is a very versatile spirit and can be used in place of vodka, whisky, gin, bourbon or brandy for cocktails or just drinking, so just like wine it can be enjoyed over a meal.
