The Citizen activists conducted a forensic analysis of electronic voting databases indicating insider election tampering by Pima County officials. The RTA ballots and poll tapes have never been directly examined in public view. If they are destroyed, the real outcome of that election will never be known. Incredibly, the Arizona judge in the case is of the opinion that even if there's solid evidence of election fraud, the Court has no jurisdiction to intervene.
